Start-Up Support
Guiding families through the entire start-up process — from initial planning meetings to collecting signatures, setting up services, and getting the first budget approved — so everything is in place to launch smoothly.
Staff Action Planning & Life Plans
Ensuring goals and safeguards are clearly documented, person-centered, and aligned with OPWDD standards.
Budget Development & Amendments
Creating and maintaining budgets, including Initials, Amendments (CNBA, FBA), and COLA updates, while tracking PRA allocations and service line changes.
Collaboration & Coordination
Working closely with Care Managers, Fiscal Intermediaries, and providers to make sure everyone is on the same page.
Compliance & Documentation
Managing forms, signatures, and submissions to keep everything OPWDD-compliant and moving without delay.
